Tech Swaraj respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), Tech Swaraj has implemented a policy for responding to claims of copyright infringement.
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been used on Tech Swaraj without your permission and in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our designated Copyright Agent with a written notification containing the following information:
- A physical or electronic signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and where it is located on Tech Swaraj.
- Your contact information, including address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, Tech Swaraj will promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
